1. Operational Role & Dual Commercial Models
Taraka International functions as an export infrastructure partner and commercial trade facilitator connecting Suppliers with international Buyers. Depending upon the transaction contract executed, Taraka operates under one of two commercial roles:
- Model A – Principal Trader: Taraka acts as an independent principal buyer and seller (PO1 / PO2). Taraka is not the physical manufacturer of goods.
- Model B – Commission Agent: Taraka acts as a commercial trade agent facilitating direct contracts between Supplier and Buyer, earning an agreed commission or trade facilitation fee.
2. Product Formulation & Supplier Responsibility
Regardless of whether a transaction is executed under Model A or Model B:
- Primary Supplier Responsibility: Originating brand manufacturers retain sole legal responsibility for raw ingredient purity, formulation safety, allergen accuracy, manufacturing facility hygiene, and shelf-life stability. Taraka does not alter or re-process pre-packaged consumer goods.
- No Independent Manufacturing Guarantee: Taraka’s export audits evaluate packaging artwork, labeling alignment, and regulatory disclosures provided by Suppliers. Such audits do not constitute an independent guarantee of physical product safety or chemical composition.
3. Non-Binding Digital Catalogue Information
All Product Information published on tarakainternational.com (including pack metrics, shelf-life declarations, tariff classification codes, duty-free statuses, and indicative pricing):
- Is published for evaluation, catalogue browsing, and quotation requesting purposes only.
- Does not constitute a binding legal offer, warranty, or inventory reservation prior to execution of a formal written contract or Pro Forma Invoice.
4. Supplier Audit & Verification Limits
Designation of a Supplier as a "Verified Supplier" indicates that the Supplier has completed Taraka's internal export documentation review.
Non-Endorsement Disclaimer: Supplier verification is an internal administrative risk tool and shall NEVER be construed or relied upon as a legal guarantee, express warranty, or endorsement of product quality, formulation safety, ongoing commercial performance, financial solvency, or border admittance by foreign authorities.
5. Import Clearance & Statutory Authorities
Taraka evaluates destination market regulatory standards (including food safety labeling codes and biosecurity protocols).
Official border admission and customs clearance remain under the statutory jurisdiction of competent governmental border control authorities in destination countries. Taraka's specific financial responsibility for border clearance under Model A is governed strictly by executed written contracts. Under Model B, regulatory clearance duties flow directly between Buyer and Supplier.
6. B2B Commercial Exclusions
All Platform interaction and trade desk services are strictly limited to commercial Business-to-Business (B2B) entities. Taraka disclaims all consumer retail warranties and liabilities for unauthorized B2C distribution or secondary resales outside contracted commercial channels.
